Shipping Policy

A clear view of the journey from order processing to delivery.

Delivery area

We ship to the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories or APO, FPO or DPO addresses. Orders must have an eligible delivery address.

Shipping cost

All eligible orders receive free standard shipping. There is one standard delivery option.

Order handling and cutoff

Our order cutoff is 07:00 PM (GMT−06:00), Central Standard Time (Chicago), fixed throughout the year without daylight saving adjustments. Orders placed on a business day before the cutoff enter processing that day. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, on weekends or on U.S. federal holidays enter processing on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Delivery estimates

Handling time is 1–2 business days. Transit time is 3–4 business days after dispatch. Estimated total delivery time is therefore 4–6 business days from the applicable processing start day. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Tax at checkout

The checkout tax amount is $0.00. This does not represent a statement that the products are legally tax-exempt.
